Sprigkeep doesn't collect personal information. There are no Sprigkeep accounts, no advertising and no cross-app tracking. This page explains, plainly, every way data moves when you play.
To learn which levels are too hard and to fix bugs, the app sends anonymous gameplay events through Google Firebase Analytics. Examples: a level was started or finished, how long it took, how many times you rewound, and whether the unlock screen was shown or a purchase was tapped. They're tied only to a random identifier for this install of the app (and Apple's identifier for vendor), never to your identity. Firebase also records basic device information: model, iOS version, app version, language and approximate country. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is never accessed, and you'll never see a tracking prompt. You can switch this off in Settings → Share anonymous usage data.
When you publish, like, play or report a community level, the app stores that record in Apple's CloudKit public database under your iCloud account's anonymous app-specific identifier. Sprigkeep never sees your Apple ID, name or email address. Your author name is generated by the app (for example "Mossy Sprig 4821"), never typed by you. Level titles are filtered for offensive words. Published levels can be seen by other players. Your block list stays in your private iCloud database.
To delete your published levels, contact us and we'll remove them.
Your stars, settings and editor drafts may sync between your devices through your own private iCloud storage. We can't read it.
If you're signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple's Game Center and shown to your Game Center friends according to your Game Center settings.
Purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app checks your purchases with Apple to unlock content.
If you use the contact form on this website, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit, along with a reCAPTCHA v3 score from Google that helps us filter spam. We use this only to reply to you. Google's use of reCAPTCHA data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The reCAPTCHA script runs only on the Support page.
Google Firebase Analytics (Firebase privacy), Google reCAPTCHA (website contact form only) and Apple's iCloud, Game Center and App Store.
Sprigkeep is suitable for all ages and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
