Stuck on a chamber, found a bug, or want to report a community level? Send us a message and we'll get back to you within two days.

Reporting a community level

In the app, open the level and tap Report. Reported levels are reviewed within 24–48 hours, and levels with several reports are hidden automatically while we look. You can also block an author so you never see their levels again.

Purchases

Bought the Full Game on another device? Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are shared with your Family Sharing group. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Tips

Hold the rewind button to undo any mistake. There's no limit.
Turn on Step mode to make the world wait for you.
Long-press a pest to see where it's going next.
Tap a tile to walk there along a safe path.
